BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 1400 block of Highland Way, being on the northeast line of Highland Way at Ely Road. Lot 26 and the north 85 feet of lot 25, block 7, and part of the unplatted portion of block 4, Map of Part of the Subdivision of Laura Gray Tract on Ely Road, as shown by plat of record in plat book 20, page 36, ROHC; being the property described as Tract 1, and part of the property described as Tract 2, in deed book 3846, page 641, ROHC, and part of the property described as Tract 5 in deed book 2412, page 784, ROHC; said properties being all of Tax Map No. 109L-M-1, 2, and 3, and Tax Map No. 109M-H-25. from R-1 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone. 0C SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinace shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. No access to site other than Ely Road and/or Hixson Pike; 2. Maintain sight-obscuring, landscaped screen along all property lines abutting residential zoning. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
